The Freemotion EPIC Selectorized Prone Leg Curl Machine (ES814) eliminates this biomechanical issue with an ergonomically angled torso pad and contoured forearm supports that stabilize the upper body and isolate hamstring recruitment throughout the entire movement arc.

Designed for broad utility across commercial fitness centers, collegiate athletic rooms, corporate wellness facilities, and sports physical therapy clinics, the ES814 features an adjustable leg assembly. Exercisers can easily customize the starting position to set a precise range of motion tailored to varying femur lengths and mobility requirements, accommodating post-injury rehabilitation protocols as well as heavy strength isolation.

Key Benefits:

Ergonomic Torso & Forearm Support: Angled torso pad and contoured forearm supports stabilize the spine, reducing lower back tension and isolating hamstring effort.

Customizable Range-of-Motion Assembly: Adjustable leg roller assembly offers multiple starting positions to accommodate users of all heights and flexibility levels.

Targeted Prone Hamstring Mechanics: Lying prone position ensures direct activation of the biceps femoris, semitendinosus, and semimembranosus muscle groups.

Low-Profile Weight Stack Tower: Compact shroud design fully encloses internal cabling and selector plates for user safety while maintaining clear room visibility.

Heavy-Duty Commercial Frame: Fabricated from 7-gauge and 11-gauge structural steel tubing finished in electrostatic powder coat to prevent corrosion and scratching.

Convenient Storage Tray: Integrated top-tower accessory holders keep personal items like water bottles and phones within easy reach.

Molded Rubber Floor Protection: Heavy-duty rubber feet guard facility floors against impacts and prevent equipment displacement during high-volume training.

Specifications:

Product Line: EPIC Selectorized Series

Frame Material: Electrostatic powder-coated 7-gauge and 11-gauge structural steel tubing

Upholstery: 1.5 in (3.8 cm) high-density foam cushion with heavy-duty commercial vinyl cover

Adjustability: Multi-position adjustable starting leg assembly

Arm/Torso Support: Contoured forearm pads and ergonomically angled torso support pad

Maximum User Weight Capacity: 350 lbs (159 kg)

Protection Features: Enclosed weight stack shroud, heavy-duty molded rubber floor feet

Convenience Features: Top-tower accessory/beverage storage tray

Instructional Placard: Visual exercise instruction diagrams included

Commercial Warranty: Full commercial manufacturer warranty coverage

Extended Product Information:

Download Freemotion EPIC Prone Leg Curl Machine Product Manual

View Freemotion EPIC Prone Leg Curl Commercial Product Brochure

https://rescue-supply.com/products/freemotion-epic-selectorized-prone-leg-curl-machine-isolated-lying-hamstring-and-posterior-chain-conditioning-station
