THE RESCUE SUPPLY SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Rescue Supply takes pride in its uncompromising customers service. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and if you’re not, you’re entitled to request a refund. For most products, it’s a full refund.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND:

  • The product must be unused, resale-able and in it's original package.
  • All returns must be approved with RMA number clearly visible on the returned package.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
  • Return tracking information must be provided prior to receiving the returned package.

RETURNS PROCESS:

 

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

Hygiene Products are Non-Returnable:

Hygiene products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Hygiene products, toileting products, bathroom products, body braces, foam cushions, wheelchair cushions, medicine preparation products, stockings, splints and products that come in contact with the body; cannot be returned - they are single use patient items.

No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened per Public Health Policy and per Rescue Supply Policy.

Non-Returnable Manufacturer Product Lines: (Products manufactured by these Vendors are Non-Returnable)

  • Enhance Mobility will not accept returns for batteries.
  • Mighty Max Battery will not accept returns for batteries.
  • MK Battery will not accept returns for batteries.
  • MJM International will not accept product returns.

Products ordered and then refused by a customer at their address or returned without contacting Rescue Supply for a Return Authorization Number will incur an automatic 50% re-stocking fee; unless you have been authorized by Rescue Supply customer service to refuse delivery of the product.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and delivery (outbound) shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund. There is also a minimum 20% restocking fee (of the original order amount, excluding discounts) for all returned items.

Operating hours: Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm CST. Note that returns won’t necessarily be sent to our headquarters.

Product pictures and specifications may vary with the actual product from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, it should be assumed that products will require some sort of assembly, which Rescue Supply is not responsible for. Please check with us first before your purchase.


PLEASE NOTE: Each manufacturer's return policies may vary and we ultimately adhere to each manufacturer's return policy (they override ours). It is important to contact us for further clarification first.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@rescue-supply.com

DAMAGES:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos orders@rescue-supply.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Your return must arrive in sell-able condition. Damage to returned orders is subject to additional charges and may be refused. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
