Welcome to rescue-supply.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Prosperity Guard, LLC, doing business as Rescue Supply ("Rescue Supply," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide an e-commerce store where customers can learn about and purchase medical, mobility, public safety, industrial, and veterinary products, together with related services (collectively, the "Services").
Prosperity Guard, LLC is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of our customers' personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from and about you when you visit the Site or make a purchase, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Personal information you provide
In general, the personal information we gather enables us to process your orders and provide the Services to you. We collect personal information that you submit to us voluntarily when you register for an account or order products, including your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. To receive our newsletter, you provide your email address. When you communicate with us through the Site or by email, we may collect and store information contained in those communications. You can choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit the features of the Site or Services you are able to use.
Payment information
When you purchase products through the Site, payment information (such as your name as it appears on the card, card type, card number, expiration date, and billing address) is collected and processed by our payment service providers to complete your transaction. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems.
Information collected automatically
As you use the Site, certain information may be passively collected and stored, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, device information, and access times. We also use cookies and navigational data (such as URLs) to gather information about the date and time of your visit and the products and information you searched for and viewed. "Cookies" are small pieces of information a website sends to your browser. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your browser) and persistent cookies. You can instruct your browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting one; if you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to purchase products through the Site. We use IP addresses and log data to analyze trends, administer the Site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use; IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information in our reporting.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Administer your account;
- Process your payments and fulfill your orders;
- Provide the Services and customer support;
- Tailor the features, performance, and support of the Site and Services to you;
- Market our products and services to you, and those of third parties we believe may be of interest to you (you may opt out at any time; see "Your Choices" below);
- Respond to your requests, resolve disputes, and troubleshoot problems;
- Improve the quality of the Site and the Services; and
- Communicate with you about the Site and the Services.
We may also create anonymous or de-identified information by excluding information that makes it personally identifiable to you, and use that information to analyze usage patterns, enhance the Site and Services, improve our internal operations and content, and improve the efficacy of our advertising.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personally identifiable information to third-party marketers. We may disclose personal information:
- To third-party service providers who help us operate the Site and provide the Services — including order fulfillment, package delivery, payment processing, postal and email delivery, customer service, data analysis, and marketing assistance. These providers have limited access to your personal information and may use it only for the purpose of performing services for us;
- To third parties to whom you ask us to send personal information (for example, when you purchase an e-gift card for someone else);

- Or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (i) resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce our Terms of Service; (ii) comply with relevant laws or respond to requests from law enforcement or other government officials relating to investigations or alleged illegal activity; or (iii) protect and defend our rights or property, or the rights and property of you or third parties.
We reserve the right to disclose anonymous or aggregate information publicly and without restriction. This Privacy Policy addresses our use and disclosure of information we collect from and/or about you on the Site or through the Services. If you disclose information to other third parties, different rules may apply to their use of it; we do not control the privacy policies of third parties. The Site may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of those websites, and another entity may collect information from you when you visit them. Please review the privacy policy of any website you visit.
Cookies and Online Advertising
We use Google Ads (including remarketing), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising to advertise across the Internet and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our Site. These services place cookies on your device that say, in effect, "this person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page." These cookies do not identify you personally or give us access to your computer. Advertising partners may also use cookies and web beacons to serve advertisements based on your behavior on this and other sites; this Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy practices of any advertisers or ad servers.
You can opt out of remarketing and interest-based advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

Even if you unsubscribe or opt out, we may still send you order, Site, and Service related communications (for example, emails about your orders).
If you have an account with us, you may update certain of your personal information on the Site. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at support@rescuesupply.co or calling (800) 239-1797. Please note that we may be required by law or otherwise to retain certain information, or to keep it for a period of time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request after we have fulfilled those requirements. When we delete personal information, it will be deleted from the active database but may remain in our archives; we may also retain anonymous information about your use of the Services. Once we have disclosed some of your personal information to third parties as described above, we cannot access that information and cannot force its deletion or modification by those parties.
Data Security
We have put in place what we consider appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your personal information, including SSL technology for transmissions and, if you have an account, a login process requiring a username and password. If you become aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your password, please contact our customer service department by email at support@rescuesupply.co or by phone at (800) 239-1797.

This Privacy Policy is subject to revision from time to time on a going-forward basis. We will post any revised version on this page. If we make material changes, we will also send notice to the last email address you provided to us.
