Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be added to all items delivered to a Texas address unless you provide us with your tax exempt status. All emergency food and water rations are exempt from sales tax.

Can I edit or cancel my order once itās been placed?
Yes, orders can be edited or canceled before they are processed and shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes. What is your return and exchange policy?
Rescue Supply offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-239-1797 for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). You can also request an RMA# by e-mail. Please specify your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.

My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will help you track down the package or file a claim with the carrier. Please check with neighbors or co-workers to see if the package is there.

What is the lead time for shipping?
Lead times for shipping products vary from same day to 1-2 weeks depending on the product. Please reference the lead time information on the product page. You may call or email for more information on lead times for a specific product.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping is available only for certain items. You can calculate expedited shipping from the shopping cart page or the checkout page will display all shipping options available for the items in your cart. If an expedited method does not show, please call us so we can check to see if any expedited methods are available for the items in your cart.

Can you ship using our carrier account?
Yes. Make a note in the comments section at checkout with the carrier name (FedEx or UPS only) and account number. Add the billing address for the account if it is different than the ship to address.
