What is the CanDo MVP Balance System?
The MVP Balance System is CanDo's modular balance training system: balance boards paired with instability balls of graded difficulty, sold as balls, boards, racks and complete sets.

How do the instability ball levels work?
The instability balls are color coded by level — yellow Level 1, red Level 2, green Level 3, blue Level 4 and black Level 5 — and are sold individually or in pairs; a larger ball under the board makes the board less stable.

What board options are available?
The full sets list boards of 16, 20 and 30 inch diameter, and a 15 by 18 inch board is sold on its own.

Are complete sets sold?
Yes. The 5-ball and 10-ball sets are sold on their own, with a wall rack, or — for the 10-ball set — with boards and a rack; 5-ball and 10-ball wall racks and a storage tub are also listed separately.
