Prison Chairs

Every item is a Cortech Radial Rocker — a rotationally molded rocking chair built for high-security and behavioral health environments — in standard and access-door versions and a wide color range. The storefront titles this range for prison and correctional seating.

Several models include an access door, also described as a ballast door, which lets staff add ballast weight inside the chair so it stays in place and is harder to move or tip in secure settings.

Rocking provides a self-soothing, calming seat for residents and patients, and the one-piece rotationally molded construction is built for heavy institutional use; one listing describes the line as anti-ligature seating for high-security and behavioral health environments.

Colors include Slate Blue, Midnight Blue, Blue Grey, Indigo, Green, Gray, Stone Gray, Burgundy, Brown, Black, Aqua and Sand.

This is the dedicated correctional set: all 23 products are the one Radial Rocker model family, rather than a mixed furniture catalog, so the choices here are the door option and the color.
