Freemotion EPIC Plate Loaded Low Row – Commercial Upper Body Strength Station
The Freemotion EPIC Plate Loaded Low Row provides comprehensive posterior chain engagement and mid-back muscle development specifically designed for high-volume commercial fitness clubs, varsity weight rooms, and physical therapy environments. Built around an industrial-grade 11-gauge steel chassis, the EF307 features independent movement arms and multi-angle grip configurations to target the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, and trapezius while accommodating diverse user biomechanics.
Engineered for low maintenance and heavy daily utilization, it incorporates precision pivot bearing assemblies that eliminate mechanical dragging for a fluid, natural movement arc. Designed with a central assist handle for single-arm unilateral pulling work, an adjustable padded chest support/seat, and corrosion-resistant nickel-plated weight storage, this unit delivers exceptional member stability, reduced equipment wear, and long-term facility reliability.
Key Benefits:
- Multi-Angle Grip Positioning: Allows users to alternate between pronated, neutral, and semi-supinated hand positions to target varied muscle fiber orientations in the back.
- Single-Arm Assist Handle: Features a fixed central bracing handle to provide firm upper-body stabilization during unilateral single-arm rowing movements.
- Heavy-Duty 11-Gauge Frame: Frame built from industrial structural steel tubing designed to resist structural deformation under high load stress.
- Unilateral Independent Movement: Diverging independent arms isolate left and right muscle groups to eliminate dominant-side bias and correct muscular imbalances.
- Nickel-Plated Storage Horns: Integrated steel storage pegs are coated in nickel to prevent chipping, scratching, and rust from daily plate loading.
- High-Density Commercial Cushioning: Features 3.35-inch thick high-density foam padding encased in heavy-duty vinyl upholstery for maximum comfort and durability.
