The Nasco Adult CPR Water Rescue Manikin (model 1328) is designed for water safety programs and lifesaving training, combining a water rescue manikin with CPR practice capability. Adult and adolescent models are made of durable vinyl plastic with rust-resistant stainless steel skeletons and articulated joints.

The manikin takes on weight by filling with water through the small holes in the legs and arms, and the torso may be filled through the valve on the shoulder; filled, it sinks to about mouth level for realistic top and bottom rescue practice. It weighs approximately 40 lb on dry land. The CPR head supports ventilation practice with individual mouth/nose pieces for sanitary training, and a rescue head can be fitted when the session focuses on rescue skills rather than airway work.
