The Nasco Life/form Intraosseous Leg Replacement Skin and Bones set (LF03625U) restocks the consumables of the Life/form infant intraosseous infusion trainers: a package of 4 replacement leg skins and a package of 10 replacement bones. It is listed in the manufacturer's supplies and replacement parts for the Infant Single Intraosseous Infusion Leg (LF03622U) and is for use with Life/form Infant CRiSis Manikins.

The four-sided replacement bones can be punctured several times on each side; rotating the bone 90 degrees presents a fresh surface, extending practice before the insert is discarded. The manufacturer cautions to use only Life/form replacements, since conventional latex tubing can cause the simulator to malfunction.
