Xtreme 2 Trauma Moulage Kit for Severe Injury Simulation

The Nasco Xtreme 2 Trauma Moulage Kit (model 800-025) was created at the request of instructors to complement the Xtreme Trauma Moulage Kit (No. 620), expanding the range of severe trauma injuries that can be simulated during training. It is built for trauma simulation, EMS and paramedic training, military medical training, mass-casualty exercises, disaster response drills, and tactical medicine training.

The kit includes 13 moulage wounds representing gunshot injuries, burns, fractures, avulsions, and impalement trauma, including a bleeding exit gunshot palm, a third-degree burned face, a bleeding eviscerated intestine, a bleeding forearm avulsion with skin flap, an impaled stick, open tibia, femur, and clavicle fractures, and a 12 cm bleeding laceration. Makeup and special effects materials, including grease paints, casualty simulation wax, blood powder, coagulant blood, and spirit gum, are supplied with the wounds in a carry case.
