This collection is the Cortech molded correctional bed range — the EZ Bunk sleep surface, Endurance platform beds and wall bunks in polyethylene and molded construction. Plastic here is the institutional material, not a budget choice.

Why are correctional beds molded plastic?
Molded plastic beds have no joints, fasteners or frame members to loosen, hide anything in or remove, and they hose down clean. For intense-use housing, one-piece polyethylene outlasts assembled furniture — that is the whole design argument.

What is the EZ Bunk sleep surface?
The EZ Bunk is a stackable one-piece molded polyethylene correctional bedding platform. Stacking lets a facility store spare sleep surfaces compactly and reconfigure dormitory housing quickly.

Are platform beds included?
Yes — the Endurance 1.5 ligature-resistant platform bed and the anti-ligature wall mount bunk are in the range. Platform and wall formats cover the two standard cell layouts.
