A 4-to-6 caster portable, sturdy and rust-proof PVC pipe frame combined with a waterproof foam pad with holes for quick drainage makes this a perfect transport shower gurney for individuals weighing up to 350 to 500 pounds. MRI-safe and comes with fixed, locked side-rails for patient safety during transport or bathing.
The frame of this transport shower gurney is constructed with 1.25 inch (for 350-pound weight capacity) or 1.50-inch diameter (for 500-pound weight capacity) rust-resistant, medical-grade PVC pipe, and is topped with a 1 inch-thick waterproof foam pad with holes for quick drainage. Included are raised locked side-rails for patient safety during transport or showering, and a gurney head that is 1 inch higher to facilitate complete water drainage at the foot-end of the gurney.
The smooth-rolling, no-rust, all-locking 5 inch Tente Casters help to make patient in-house transport to MRI or use as a shower bed a lot easier and safer for the patient and caregiver, allowing patient hygiene to be a quick, thorough and respectable experience.
