The Scotsman CU3030SA-1 is a Prodigy undercounter cube ice machine with built-in storage, manufactured by Scotsman Ice Systems. This self-contained, air-cooled model produces small cube ice and stores it in an integrated 110 lb bin, in a 30-inch-wide undercounter format suited to beverage service points that need production and storage in one cabinet.
The AutoAlert control panel communicates operating status and signals when it is time to descale or sanitize, with a diagnostic code display to support troubleshooting. Patented WaterSense adaptive purge control reduces scale buildup for a longer time between cleanings. A front removable air filter, a recessed front panel on/off switch, and a removable door, top panel, and storage bin give clear access to internal components for preventive maintenance.
