Animal Control & Restraint

All 9 listings are Jorgensen Labs veterinary animal-handling products: catch poles, a cat catcher, a small-animal restraint, an avian restraint set, and a few related tools described below.

There are four pole tools: the Humaniac Dual Release Catch Pole in 4 foot and 5 foot versions, the Ketch-All Pole, and the Welborn Cat Catcher pole for feline rescue and handling. Catch poles let a handler control an animal from a distance with a loop that can be released quickly.

Alongside the poles there is the EZ Boy Small Restraint for cats and small dogs and the Auspex Avian Restraint Set for birds — hands-on restraint aids for smaller animals rather than distance tools.

Not all of them: the set also carries a bird leg ring cutter for removing avian leg bands, a Kramer Curve calf snare used for veterinary obstetric assistance, and an ISO Toggle Liga Fiba Button, which is a joint repair implant component rather than a restraint device.

Catch and restraint poles are standard equipment for animal control officers, shelters, humane societies and veterinary clinics handling frightened, injured or unfamiliar dogs, cats and wildlife — tools designed to keep both the handler and the animal safer during capture and transport.
