Find answers to commonly asked questions below.
-
What backpacks are in this collection?
The collection holds three MayDay backpacks: the Adult Size Back Pack described for high-capacity emergency response gear, the Adult Size Backpack for Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Relief, and the Deluxe Orange Back Pack.
-
Are these everyday school or travel backpacks?
No. All three are emergency preparedness packs — adult-size bags built to carry response and survival supplies for evacuations, disaster relief and go-kit storage, not daily school or commute use.
-
What is the Deluxe Orange Back Pack for?
The orange pack is the high-visibility version in the set — the bright color makes the kit easy to spot and grab in an emergency cache, vehicle or supply room.
-
Who uses emergency backpacks like these?
Families building go-kits, schools and workplaces stocking emergency supplies, CERT and response teams, and relief organizations use packs like these.
-
What goes in an emergency backpack?
Typically the preparedness basics the carrier chooses — water and food supplies, first aid, light, shelter and hygiene items. These listings are the packs themselves; supplies are stocked to the owner's plan.
