Equipment Sourcing for Government Agencies and Institutions
Rescue Supply works with federal, state, and local agencies, school districts, hospitals, and correctional facilities to source emergency response, medical, and accessibility equipment. Send a list, and our team quotes it as one order.

Built for institutional purchasing
Agency and institutional buyers need more than a shopping cart. We support the paperwork, quantities, and specifications that public purchasing requires.
Purchase orders and net terms
Official purchase orders are welcome from verified organizations, and qualified institutional buyers can apply for net terms. See the institutional quote page for details.
Tax-exempt order processing
Send a valid tax-exempt certificate with your request and we will process the order as exempt.
Bulk and multi-site quotes
Quote one facility or many. List quantities and ship-to locations and we will price the order as a single request.
Product and specification support
Our team helps match equipment to your specifications, bid documents, and approved product lists.

Preparing a request that moves quickly
The more detail a request includes, the fewer rounds of questions it takes to reach a quote your office can approve.
- Exact items or specifications. Include brand and model numbers when you have them, or the required specifications when you do not.
- Quantities by location. List how many units go to each building or site, rather than a single total.
- Delivery conditions. Note loading dock access, liftgate needs, inside delivery requests, building hours, and any security check-in steps at the site.
- Timeline. Share your bid due date, fiscal year deadline, or the date the equipment must be in place.
- Documents your office needs. Tell us if you need a formal quote, product specification sheets, or a W-9, and we will confirm what we can provide.
Multi-site and phased orders
Districts, counties, and agencies with many facilities often roll out equipment in stages.
Standardize the list
Choose one model per item type where possible so training, spare parts, and restocking stay consistent across sites.
Split shipments by site
Ask for the quote to show each ship-to location separately so receiving staff and accounting can match deliveries to the order.
Phase by priority
Start with the highest need buildings and add sites as budgets open. Keeping the same product list makes later phases faster to quote.
Plan for restocking
Consumables such as first aid and bleeding control supplies need replacement after use. Build a refill list into the order from the start.
Browse by department
