The Freemotion e22.9 Total Body Elliptical (model FMEL84420) is a commercial elliptical in the Freemotion 22 Series with a 22 in (55 cm) HD capacitive touchscreen powered by iFIT. It is made for fitness facilities and institutional cardio floors where low-impact, total-body training is offered alongside guided global workouts and studio classes.
The touchscreen provides thousands of iFIT coach-led global workouts and studio classes and Google Maps routes, and AutoAdjust technology lets iFIT workouts adjust resistance to mirror the on-screen content. A 400 Watt EMS Brake Resistance System provides 1–24 levels, controlled from the touchscreen or from on-handle digital controls. This is the touchscreen variant, distinct from the simplified-console e10.9b.
The 20 in (50.8 cm) stride, non-skid traction control pedals, and soft-touch upper-body grips support total-body training, and the Quiet Belt Drive System uses a Hutchinson J10 space-efficient rear drive. Heart rate monitoring is through dual EKG pulse sensors with ANT+ and Polar compatibility, and a USB charging port is included. The unit requires 120 VAC, 2 Amp or 240 VAC, 1 Amp power and supports users up to 400 lb (182 kg).
