Constructed from durable 1000D CORDURA® Mil-Spec Tactical Nylon and high-strength polymer hardware, the K19 3.0 incorporates Agilite’s proprietary Fast-Adjust™ Cummerbund and Egress™ Quick-Release system. The Fast-Adjust™ Cummerbund enables operators to fine-tune carrier tension in real time without removing the vest, accommodating changes in clothing layers or physical strain. Fusion foam shoulder padding combined with a proprietary V-shaped weight distribution layout disperses armor load across upper center mass, eliminating localized pressure fatigue during extended deployments.
