Purpose
Skil-Care’s bed rail pads are designed to protect patients against side rail entrapment and against skin tears and bruises resulting from contact with metal rails. These pads are not intended as substitutes for proper supervision of patients or residents for whom bed rails are being used.
Application
Place bed rail pads on patient side of rail and secure Velcro over rails as shown in illustrations.
Easy Care
All Skil-Care vinyl bed rail pads may be cleaned using spray-and-wipe cleanser and a damp cloth. Mild disinfectants may be used.
Note
Bed rail pad covers are non-allergenic, mildew resistant, bacteriostatic, and conform to flammability standards set forth in California Bulletin 117B.
