Shipping policy

At Rescue Supply, we take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you're eligible to request a refund—most products qualify for a full refund.

To receive a refund, the item must be unused, in resaleable condition, and returned in its original packaging. All returns must be authorized and include a clearly visible RMA number on the package. Products must be returned within 30 days of the original order date, and return tracking information must be provided before the package is received.

To begin the return process, please download, complete, and email a signed Rescue Supply Returns Form to returns@rescue-supply.com. Please note: unsigned forms will not be accepted. Once received, we can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of product delivery.
