The Submed Laceration Treatment Kit (Ref: USSTLC001) is a comprehensive, single-use sterile procedural tray designed specifically for emergency wound repair, suturing, and minor surgical interventions.

By combining precision steel instruments, anesthetic delivery components, and high-quality drapes into one convenient thermoform tray, this kit helps clinicians respond swiftly to traumatic wounds. All components are securely packaged "Inside the Bundle" utilizing a 50x60 cm crepe wrapper, ensuring an immediate, contamination-free sterile field upon opening.  

What's Included in the Kit

Surgical Instruments & Trays:

  • 1x Blue Tray (21x14x4.5 cm): Serves as a rigid basin for fluids and sharp disposal.
  • 1x Mayo Hegar Needle Holder (14 cm): For secure and precise suture needle handling.
  • 1x Surgical Adson Forceps (1x2 Teeth, 12 cm): Ensures a firm grip on tissue during suturing.
  • 1x Halstead Mosquito Forceps (Straight, 12.5 cm): For effective hemostasis and clamping.
  • 1x Iris Scissors (Sharp/Sharp Straight, 11.5 cm): Ideal for precise tissue and suture cutting.

Wound Prep & Anesthetic Delivery:

  • 1x 10ml Luer Lock Syringe (3-Part)
  • 3x Precision Needles: Includes 18G, 25G (16mm), and 27G sizes to support drawing up and administering local anesthetics.
  • 2x Medicine Cups (60 cc): For holding antiseptics or sterile saline.
  • 15x 8-Ply Folded Sponge Gauzes: Includes 5x (5x5 cm) and 10x (10x10 cm) highly absorbent gauze pads for wound cleaning and pressure application.

Sterile Field Draping:

  • 1x Fenestrated Drape (40x60 cm with 8 cm hole): 2-layer PE/PP fluid-resistant drape to isolate the laceration site.
  • 1x Crepe Paper Wrapping Drape (50x60 cm, 60gsm): Unfolds to establish a broad sterile boundary.
