What diameters are available?

How is the cord sold?
Most of the PMI accessory cords are sold on 100-meter spools (328 ft), which suits teams that cut cord to length. The sewn prusik is the exception, supplied ready-made at a 16-inch length.

Yes. The range includes PMI Niteline reflective accessory cord and an 8 mm retro reflect prusik cord, both made to be visible in low light during night operations.

Prusik cord is chosen to grip a host rope as a friction hitch, so diameter is picked relative to the main line; accessory cord is general utility line for tying, tethering and rigging tasks that do not involve a friction hitch.
