Restorative Care of America (RCAI) makes orthoses for rehabilitation and contracture management — resting hand orthoses, knee and leg braces and their accessory kits. Every product in this collection is an RCAI orthosis.

Hand products include the 36NTRHO neutral thumb resting hand orthosis and the resting hand orthosis with finger separators, both aimed at joint alignment and contracture prevention. The designs hold the hand in a functional resting position for extended wear.

Yes — accessory kits are a feature of the line: replacement liner and strap sets for resting hand orthoses, the dorsal resting hand orthosis liner kit, the MPO 2000 active accessory kit and a universal leg brace accessory kit. Kits renew the soft goods without replacing the orthosis.

Pediatric products include the pediatric knee immobilizer, a customizable tri-panel orthosis for pediatric joint extension. Pediatric sizing runs through the RCAI line alongside the adult orthoses.
