Freemotion EPIC Plate Loaded Row – Commercial Back and Shoulder Strength Station
The Freemotion EPIC Plate Loaded Row offers targeted mid-back activation and pulling biomechanics engineered for high-volume commercial fitness clubs, varsity athletic facilities, and rehabilitation centers. Built on a heavy-gauge 11-gauge steel chassis, it provides independent arm convergence to isolate the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, and posterior deltoids while promoting symmetrical muscular balance across the upper body.
Designed for long-term operational reliability, it features precision-sealed pivot bearings that ensure friction-free motion throughout the entire rowing path. Equipping facility members with multi-angle handgrip configurations, a dedicated bracing assist handle for single-arm unilateral execution, adjustable thigh stabilization, and nickel-plated weight plate storage, this unit delivers high structural stability, reduced maintenance overhead, and ergonomic alignment for all body types.
Key Benefits:
- Multi-Angle Grip Options: Provides versatile hand placements to target different regions of the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, and upper trapezius.
- Unilateral Independent Arms: Independent movement arms allow balanced bilateral loading or single-arm training to correct strength asymmetries.
- Single-Arm Assist Handle: Integrated central handle provides upper-body leverage and stabilization during single-arm unilateral row variations.
- Industrial 11-Gauge Steel Frame: Frame engineered from heavy-duty structural steel tubing to withstand continuous institutional wear.
- Corrosion-Resistant Storage Horns: Nickel-plated weight pegs protect against rust, chipping, and wear caused by frequent plate loading.
- Adjustable Thigh Cushioning: Adjustable padded hold-down mechanism firmly stabilizes the lower body to isolate back muscle force output.
